Led all design work at Teespring following team restructuring. Directed brand and marketing creative while also designing product features including creator storefronts and design editor updates. Managed photographers, copywriters, and social team to create content that drove product sales and platform adoption. Led a company-wide rebrand to modernize Teespring's visual identity as the product expanded. Balanced leadership, brand work, and hands-on product design across a lean team.
